Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer
   • Cancellations made 30 days before the trip will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable service fees.
   • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the trip may incur a cancellation fee. Refund amounts will be determined based on the notice given and the costs incurred.
   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the trip.
2. Cancellation by Trezzert
   • Trezzert reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control.
   • In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or may opt to reschedule the trip without any penalty.

Travel Insurance

Trezzert highly recommends that customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal liability. Trezzert is not responsible for any losses or expenses that arise due to insufficient travel insurance coverage.

Customer Responsibilities

1. Accurate Information
   • Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including contact details, travel preferences, and any specific requests.
   • Any incorrect or misleading information provided may affect the booking or customization process.
2. Compliance with Local Laws
   • Customers are expected to comply with local laws and customs while traveling. Trezzert is not responsible for any actions taken by local authorities due to non-compliance by the customer.
3. Health and Safety
   • Customers must ensure they are in suitable health for the activities included in their chosen travel package.
   • Any medical conditions or special requirements must be communicated to Trezzert in advance to ensure appropriate arrangements are made.

Liability

   • While Trezzert strives to offer a safe and seamless travel experience, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the trip due to factors beyond our control, including third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, transport companies).
   • Trezzert is not responsible for delays, accidents, or force majeure events that disrupt travel plans.
2. Personal Belongings
   • Trezzert is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip. Customers are advised to keep their valuables safe at all times.

Modification of Itinerary

Trezzert reserves the right to modify itineraries in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, road closures, or other events that may affect the planned route. Any significant changes to the itinerary will be communicated in advance to the customer.

Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, and logos, on the Trezzert website are the property of Trezzert and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content from the website is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
